inclsve Domains
Our road map to an inclusive economy starts with our four strategic domains, each of which focus on empowering the producer in the South.

What is the issue?
In several countries around the world, from Latin America to Africa and Asia, farmers are struggling to lead a decent life. Disproportionally affected by climate change, global financial structures, and neoliberal globalization, marginalized agricultural workers have for years been tied to an exploitative global trade regime. For different agricultural commodities around the world, there is an urgent need to build knowledge around good agriculture practices, farmer professionalization, market access, as well as normalize fair trade practices.
What can inclsve do?
We provide professional coaching and workshop sessions to enable the participants to make sustainable and long-term oriented decisions. Through our experience coaching cooperatives in Asia, Africa, and Latin America, we have seen how participants are able to leverage the new knowledge they learn to expand opportunities for farmers and their communities.

What is the issue?
Many companies still do not see the merit in creating shared and sustainable value. This is despite years of evidence showing that having a well-defined and sustainable strategy not only allows businesses to achieve long-term social and environmental benefits, but also improves their financial performance.
